This case involves a 65-year-old patient who underwent a combination of facial rejuvenation procedures performed by Dr. Richard J. Wassermann. The plan combined surgical lifting of the face and neck with a TCA peel, a DEKA peel to the lower lids, and Ultra XC filler to the lips. The DEKA peel to the lower lids contributed to smoother skin texture, improving the appearance of the lower eyelid area. The Ultra XC lip filler also produced a subtle increase in overall lip fullness, enhancing volume while maintaining a natural appearance.
