This is a primary rhinoplasty case performed on a 25-year-old woman. The procedure was preformed to correct the dorsal hump and a deviated septum. The before-and-after images, taken 6 months post-procedure, demonstrate changes in the nasal profile. In the pre-operative photo, the nasal structure shows specific characteristics that warranted surgical intervention. Post-operatively, the photos demonstrate notable improvements in nasal contour and profile, swelling has largely resolved and the nasal contour has settled into its longer-term shape. The procedure improved the overall appearance of the nose without losing the character of the patient's features. Results vary from patient to patient.
