Case Notes
This case study involves a 27-year-old patient who underwent a vertical mastopexy augmentation. The pre-operative condition showed noticeable changes in breast position and symmetry from having 3 children. The surgical intervention employed round, moderate profile cohesive gel implants, each with a volume of 445cc. A lollipop incision technique was utilized for the lift, to reposition the nipple-areola complex relative to the inframammary folds. Post-operative images taken at 12 weeks demonstrate improved symmetry and elevation of the breasts. The surgical approach increased her breast volume and improved contour alignment with her overall body proportions, achieving aesthetic adjustments through precise surgical techniques.
