Dr. Wassermann treated this patient with a combination of complex, targeted breast and body procedures to contour the body and remove excess skin following massive weight loss. This 57-year-old female patient underwent vertical mastopexy, abdominoplasty with diastasis recti repair, ventral and umbilical hernia repairs using biologic mesh, and liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, waist, and hips. The post-operative images taken six months after the procedures show a noticeable elevation and reshaping of the breasts with a size reduction from E to D. Additionally, there is a significant improvement in the abdominal area, which appears smoother and more defined due to the removal of excess skin and fat along with muscle tightening. These surgical interventions were aimed at refining the body's contour in specific areas as observed in the before-and-after photographs.
