Case Notes
This case involves a 33-year-old mother of 5 who underwent multiple surgical procedures, including breast augmentation with Allergan cohesive gel implants sized at 420cc placed subfascially via inframammary incisions. The patient's bra size changed from a B to a D as a result of the augmentation. To correct scarring from c-section and "mommy belly", she opted for a mommy makeover consisting of an anterior torsoplasty (tummy tuck) and suction-assisted liposuction targeting the abdomen, flanks, waist, medial and lateral thighs, and knees. The post-operative images taken four weeks after surgery show the physical modifications achieved through these interventions. The abdominal area appears more contoured with reduced volume in the targeted liposuction areas. The breasts exhibit increased volume and enhanced contouring consistent with the implant specifications and surgical approach described. These outcomes reflect the technical execution of planned surgical enhancements tailored to specific anatomical areas.
