This case involves a 24-year-old female patient who underwent open rhino-septoplasty. The primary objective was to address structural concerns and refine nasal contours. The before-and-after images, taken 3.5 weeks post-procedure, demonstrate changes in the nasal profile. In the pre-operative photo, the nasal structure shows specific characteristics that warranted surgical intervention. Post-operatively, there is a noticeable refinement in the nasal bridge and tip definition. The procedure aimed to achieve a natural-looking adjustment while maintaining the functional integrity of the nasal passages. These images are part of our ongoing documentation of surgical outcomes and represent early results following the procedure.
