This case involves a 44-year-old mother of 2 who underwent a mommy makeover, including Brazilian Butt Lift, Breast Augmentation, and Anteriortorsoplasty. Breast augmentation used 375cc Allergan cohesive gel implants placed subfascially through inframammary incisions, taking her from a B to a D cup. Suction-assisted liposuction addressed the abdomen, flanks, waist, hips, and back. The harvested fat was then fat grafted to the buttocks. An anteriortorsoplasty was performed alongside that work. The post operative photos taken after 12 weeks, illustrate significant changes in the contour of abdominal area and an increase of volume in the breasts, achieving a fuller appearance. Similarly, improvements in the abdominal area are evident, showing a more defined waistline and reduced excess skin. These outcomes reflect the technical execution of planned surgical enhancements tailored to specific anatomical areas.
