This case study features a 28-year-old female patient who underwent an open rhino-septoplasty procedure performed by Dr. Richard J. Wassermann. The post-operative results, observed at the 5 year mark, demonstrate changes in nasal structure and profile. The surgical approach focused on refining structural concerns and nasal tip. In the pre-operative photo, the nasal structure shows specific characteristics that led the patient to surgical intervention.
