Case Notes
This case involves a 24-year-old female patient who underwent open rhino-septoplasty. The procedure was preformed to correct structural abnormalities such as internal septal deviation and turbinate hypertrophy while refining the nasal bridge and preserving nasal function. The before-and-after images, taken 18 weeks post-procedure, demonstrate changes in the nasal profile. In the pre-operative photo, the nasal structure shows specific characteristics that warranted surgical intervention. Post-operatively, the photos demonstrate notable improvements in nasal contour and profile. These images are part of our ongoing documentation of surgical outcomes and represent early results following the procedure. Further healing and settling of tissues are expected as part of the recovery process.
