This case involves a 59-year-old female who underwent a Mommy Makeover, combination of body and breast surgeries, specifically an anterior torsoplasty and vertical mastopexy augmentation. The procedures included the placement of 375cc round, cohesive gel implants with moderate projection under a subfascial approach. Pre-operatively, the patient had a bra size of C which increased to a D post-procedure. The before-and-after images illustrate significant changes in the contour and elevation of the breast tissue, achieving a more elevated and symmetrical appearance. Similarly, improvements in the abdominal area are evident, showing a more defined waistline and reduced excess skin. These results were observed at the 10-week post-operative mark. The surgical markings visible pre-operatively guide the enhancements achieved as seen in the post-operative photos.
